Rotary Club of Pago Pago members Jacqueline and Roy Hall, Jr. handed out dictionaries to the Leone Midkiff Elementary School 3rd graders this past week. This is the fourth year that the Rotary Club has donated dictionaries to public school 3rd graders. The dictionaries belong to the student and not the school.
