Samoans are very spiritual… humble and down to earth people.“They are very hard working people, dedicated, physical … and they always stick to the task.”Rasivhenge is among the most experienced referees in the world especially in Sevens, after controlling numerous finals on the HSBC Sevens World Series. For Rasta, his recipe for success is quite simple.“Sports is about dedication, discipline, sacrifice,” he said. “And it all pays off one day. It’s not about the money. it’s about the love for the sport.”In Samoa this week, the South African will also share his knowledge with local officials.
