Former Cabinet Minister, Hans Joachim Keil has written the Samoa Observer in response to the United States Court of Appeal’s decision to turn down his appeal in regard to the legality of prosecuting the federal agents involved in his 2008 arrest.

His letter points out what he terms as “glaring inaccuracies” on which the decision was based.  He says the decision is a grave injustice given the facts presented in Court.
