Count 1: Private Peace Disturbance (DV)n — a class C misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to fifteen (15) days, a fine of $300, or both.

The defendant was then apprehended and placed into the police unit and transported to the TPS for processing.
Upon arrival at the station, the defendant was Mirandized and waived his rights. The defendant agreed to make a statement of the incident.
According to the defendant, he was putting a few water bottles into the refrigerator when his grandfather yelled at him. He stated his grandfather then pulled his hair and kept yelling at him which was the reason he was shouting profanities.
The defendant was booked and transported to the Tafuna Correctional Facility (TCF) for confinement to await the next sitting of the District Court.
