Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Keeping our community coastal areas clean:
The Tafuna High School Science Club and Interact Club enjoyed their Saturday by keeping our Lions Park coastal area clean.
They filled seven 13-gallon bags and four 33-gallon bags with litter, a reminder that there is much work to be done to keep our island clean.
Thank you to ASCC Marine Science Program, Anthropocene Alliance, and Dr. Dewees for providing refreshments for the students to enjoy after a hot morning.
Join the clubs every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month as they work towards their goal of keeping American Samoa clean!
