Through the sister sanctuary partnership between the Palau National Marine Sanctuary and the NOAA National Marine Sanctuary of American Samoa, outreach teams continue to collaborate on engaging education programs.  Over the past two years, the sanctuary partnership has developed hands-on “sanctuary kits”.
