Florence Wasko and Ioane Talo-Tomanogi are expected to return from Houston, Texas this evening (Thursday, July 18, 2019) after the white coat orientation for incoming medical students at the Oceania University of Medicine (OUM). The school’s mission is to produce physicians with the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes to improve the health of underserved communities in Oceania and beyond utilizing distance learning and clinical rotations.
