William Gabbard was recently promoted to Sergeant Major, U.S Army where he is a member of the United States Army Field Band in Washington, D.C. He is the son of the late MSgt. Ben Gabbard and Agnes (Yandall) Gabbard of Leloaloa and a 1977 graduate of Samoana High School. Pictured with him are his sons LT Ben Gabbard (US Naval Academy '08)& 1LT Mike Gabbard (Towson Univ '11) who pinned his rank.
