The ocean came oozing out of the ground last Friday after workers from ASPA starting digging at the proposed site of the new Fono building. Samoa News understands that Gov. Lolo - along with Senate members - have requested that ASPA and Public Works assist with carrying out a geotechnical investigation of the site. This testing is to determine if the ground is strong enough to hold the weight of the proposed structure.  [Photo: AF]
