“HOW TO FIX SAMOA'S TUNA FISHING-INDUSTRY PROBLEM”
Sun, 02/16/2020 - 8:00am
Dear Editor,
I saw a PBS special about American Samoa's tuna fishing-industry problem and thought Norway's open-sea fish farming (or China's or Cyprus's) is the perfect solution for Samoa, but didn't know who to contact to suggest it.
If you have an email address, it would be appreciated.
