DPS is conducting an investigation after the body of a unknown Caucasian male was found floating at sea on the eastern side of Tutuila. Marine patrol officers who found the body while patrolling the eastern district waters Friday morning say that the man is believed to have been staying on a yacht at the Malaloa Marina.
