Congresswoman Uifa’atali Amata presents an ula fala to her former House colleague, new Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland in the Secretary's office on July 4. Sec. Haaland made history when she became the first Native American to serve as a cabinet secretary. She is a member of the Pueblo of Laguna and a 35th generation New Mexican.  Amata and family joined Sec.
