Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Expect Damages American Samoa; Winds to 60mph.

American Samoa, prepare for Damaging Winds, Destructive Surf and Flooding Rains.

An extremely active monsoonal trough in close proximity to American Samoa, will generate increasingly strong winds for the island through Monday. Wind could increase to between 60 and 65 mph Sunday afternoon through Monday. Wind Impacts: Downed Trees, Power Outages, Roof Damage.

High surf through Monday will increase the risk of beach erosion, coastal flooding and debris on the roads.
