Providing a Happy Thanksgiving for our residents stranded in Hawaii

Honolulu, HAWAII — The beautiful volunteers who helped with the Le Fetuao Samoan Language Center Thanksgiving Food Distribution, which was held Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020 in Honolulu, Hawaii for the members of the Tagata Tutu Faatasi Alliance of American Samoa (stranded residents of American Samoa in Hawaii). 

This is the 4th Food Drive the Le Fetuao SLC has put together for the TTFAAS members in Oahu, Hawaii with donations from their great partners; including but not limited to; Aloha Harvest, The Legal Clinic of Hawaii, Kanana Fou CCCAS, UH TASI and KYDO.

The TTFAAS members not only received food but also $100 gift certificates per family. As TTFAAS members prepare for Thanksgiving away from families and loved ones back home, they anxiously await word from Gov. Lolo M. Moliga and his Task Force on a possible repatriation flight to American Samoa.
