c. If you are in Honolulu for a medical appointment, you must take your COVID test results and appointments. Be transparent about your travel purpose and be prepared to provide your appointment info to airport and health officials collecting the COVID-19 declaration and self-quarantine forms.
d. If you are transiting within 24 hours through Honolulu to the US mainland, you do not need to self-quarantine so long as you stay in the airport to avoid self-quarantine requirements.
e. All passengers are required to wear masks during the duration of the flight and upon arrival in Hawaii. We encourage all passengers to please provide your own personal masks. Masks will be provided to you at the airport prior to departure.
f. Even though this is a charter, Non-US nationals who are AS residents must still show Hawaiian Airlines proof of a return ticket. HAL will not allow a passenger to board if they cannot show proof of a return ticket. For LBJ approved referral patients, LBJ will handle your return tickets.
