The American Samoa Council on Arts, Culture & Humanities (ASCACH) began its 3-night program of performances for its 49th Annual Flag Day Performing Arts Festival Monday evening, April 14, 2025. The performing arts festival is scheduled to for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights — with performances from groups chosen by the ASCACH from villages, churches and multi-international communities.
