A special congratulations goes out to Victor Chen, who won first place in the Laser Open Division this weekend, confirming him as the highest ranked sailor overall for the SAASI 2019 season.

SAASI would like to thank all their 2019 Season Sail sponsors. These sponsorships are integral to community sailing in American Samoa. SAASI is able to provide two programs with assistance from these sponsors: The learn-to-sail program based at the Pala Lagoon teaches the fundamentals of seamanship and sailing to young sailors; and, the Pago Pago Harbor fleet focuses on top level competitive sailing.

SAASI looks forward to a successful 2020 season with the introduction of new sailboat classes to the fleet, and a steady growing membership of sailors.
