Tatau master, Su’a Suluape Petelo will not attend NZ tattoo event

atau master, Su’a Suluape Petelo will not attend New Zealand’s premier tattoo event later this month. Instead, he is sending his son, Peter. The famous family was expected to be a hit at this year’s convention but Su’a has decided that his son can represent the whole family.

“I received the invitation in the beginning of the year and I had originally planned to travel with my sons Peter and Junior, but I also attended a convention in New Zealand after the Rugby World Cup, so I am giving my son the chance to showcase the Samoan art form to the rest of the world this time,” he said.
