Leading up to this year’s Flag Day Fautasi Race, the Taema II fautasi crew from Leone is prepared for the challenge — this is their second year in the game, after returning to fautasi racing, after a 50-year absence, last year.

According to Taema II captain Faiivae Iuli Alex Godinet, the auva’a has been in training since the end of January of this year. “We got everybody together and then we selected members of our committee.”
