Samoan teen recently came to New Zealand reported missing by family
Auckland, NEW ZEALAND — A teenager who recently arrived in the country from Samoa has been reported missing by her family.
Counties Manukau Police said on its Facebook page that 19-year-old Alexandrina Etelei was reported missing from her home in Kelston, West Auckland on March 27.
Police said it was believed Etelei could be staying with an acquaintance in south Auckland.
"She has made no contact with her family and all attempts to contact her from police and her family have not be responded to," police said.
"Police and her family are concerned for her welfare and want to speak with her to make sure she is OK."
