Afao Catholic Church youth group performing Monday night, the opening night of the 44th Annual Flag Day Performing Arts at Su’igaula o le Atuvasa at Utulei Beach Park. The annual event is presented by the American Samoa Council on Arts, Culture, & Humanities (Arts Council) and supported by the National Endowment for the Arts.
