Sometimes the work of those 'behind the scenes' fails to make the news.

I would like to acknowledge and commend ANZ Bank employees Naomi Pomele and Shalini Lata for continuing to serve with a smile regardless of mounting angst toward their institution. The outstanding work they have performed restores faith among the business community as ANZ Bank upgrades not only its new on-line banking system, but also its relationship with every customer.
