“This visit is part of a project regarding a series of decisions taken by the Olympic Solidarity Commission in relation to the 2013 – 2016 quadrennial period,” Victor Langkilde, president of the American Samoa National Olympic Committee (ASNOC), said in an email to Samoa News yesterday. He added, “These visits are aimed at acquiring a more in-depth knowledge about our NOCs worldwide, and will serve to improve our coordination and assistance, as well as to make sure that the NOCs are fulfilling their duties towards the Olympic Movement.”
