WiFi available for cruise ship passengers in port

Cruise ship passengers visiting Pago Pago can now get WiFi at the Port once they disembark, according to the American Samoa Visitors Bureau’s eNewsletter for June distributed recently.

Visitors Bureau executive director David Vaeafe says this is made possible through a partnership project between the Visitors Bureau, Port Administration Department and Bluesky Communications. Passengers will be able to purchase high speed wifi and have access to internet anywhere in the Fagatogo town area around the Port and even on the ship.

Wifi costs $10 for the day  (24 hours) and passengers can pick up an access card from the Bluesky table in the Visitors Bureau information tent on the main dock, the Newsletter says.
