Video: UH football releases 2 defensive coaches

After a 1-11 season, the University of Hawaii football team is making changes to its coaching staff.Norm Chow announced Tuesday that defensive coaches Thom Kaumeyer and Tony Tuioti will not be returning for the 2014 season.

UH finished the 2013 season ranked 115th in the country allowing nearly 39 points per game. Kaumeyer joined the Rainbows in 2012 after serving as an assistant coach in the NFL with the Jacksonville Jaguars.Tuioti spent six seasons with the team, last year as the linebackers coach. He was the only holdover from former coach Greg McMackin's staff. Tuioti was a defensive tackle for the Warriors from 1996-1999.\This is a cruel and difficult profession
