Perelini served as ASPA chief operations officer during the tenure of then ASPA chief executive officer Utu Abe Malae.

Lolo also appointed Peter Crispin, Isabel Hudson, Daniel King and Va’a Sokelati Fala as the other four members of the ASPA board of directors. All of them are subject to Fono confirmation.

The appointments were made in a general memorandum dated yesterday.

Va’a is the only reappointed board member from the previous board, under the leadership of chairman, Asaua Fuimaono. Va’a was first appointed and confirmed by the Fono about four years ago.
