The High Court has accepted a motion by the government to dismiss charges against Suafa’i Satale Jr.  The government’s motion states that it is a long pending case and it’s difficult to locate documents as well as witnesses for what actually occurred, according to the prosecution. Faleomavaega commends Natural Resources Committee markup of Political Status Bill
