Injuries to key players have forced four changes in the Samoa XV to take on France in a rugby union test match at the Stade de France on Saturday.Centre Paul Williams is out with a fractured cheek bone and is replaced by Johnny Leota who wins his fourth selection while fullback Faatoina Autagavaia misses out with a broken bone in his left hand, his place going to 20-year-old Robert Lilomaiava, who gets a second cap.In the pack, Joe Tekori takes over from Dan Leo, who has a knee injury, while Ti'i Paulo is preferred at hooker for Ole Avei.\We have got injuries to some key players which is unfortunate.
