Leone High School is the overall winner of DOE’s 31st Annual Secondary Speech Festival hosted at Tafuna High School last Friday, March 31 with a 68-point lead over its four competitors — all from public schools. One of the most anticipated categories of the festival is Contemporary Choral Recitation, which often brings the house down during performances.
