Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the game between these two teams was forced to a close after 2 innings and will resume today at 5 p.m. at the Solaita Field.

The winner of today’s game will be playing for the first ever, ‘Ben Solaita Classic Co-ed Softball League Championship Trophy’. The winner will be playing team Leone who already advanced, for the championship title, this coming Thursday at 5:00 p.m. in a two out of three championship format.

The second game will be played on the very next day, Friday. If both teams are tied at one game apiece after Friday’s game, then the championship game will be played on Saturday morning. If the same team wins on Thursday and Friday, then the championship trophy will be given out on Friday after the game to the winning team.

The losing team in today’s match up, will be playing Kip McGrath on Thursday for 3rd & 4th place, with the same format as the championship title match up.
