He did not have a lawyer.But the request for an adjournment was made by Prosecutor Precious Chang.Justice Lesatele granted the application and adjourned the matter until 19 November 2012.Meanwhile, Pepe, who faces a murder charge,remains in custody.The charge against Pepe stemmed from an incident that occurred three days before White Sunday. He accidentally shot his 23-year-old sister, Olive, who was over at his house for a visit.
