Red Cross website delivers information, videos and photos from American Samoa(BASED ON PRESS RELEASE)— The Red Cross Newsroom on line is loaded with photos, videos and stories from the relief effort in American Samoa. Right now the site is featuring the delivery of 122 pallets of supplies for residents of American Samoa, who are still working to recover from the Sept. 29 tsunami. The supplies that arrived Saturday evening, Oct. 17, 2009, included diapers, baby formula, towels, brooms and feminine hygiene products— all of which are in short supply on the island.
