Samoana still on top in Boys Varsity BB

Rasheed Liu of the Samoana High School Sharks Boys Varsity Basketball team this past Thursday making a free throw against the Nu’uuli Voc-Tech Wildcats in an Am. Samoa High School Athletic Association (ASHSAA) basketball game. The Sharks made it 9 straight wins when they defeated the Wildcats 52-27 on Thursday as they remain sitting on top in the standings.
Also on Thursday, the defending Champion Tafuna Warriors defeated the Faga’itua Vikings by a score of 59-30.
Samoa News was not able to retrieve the scores of yesterday games between the South Pacific Academy Dolphins versus the Fa’asao Marist Crusaders; and the Vikings versus the Wildcats.
Saturday’s JV games took place at Samoana High School with one Varsity make-up game between the Leone Lions and Wildcats.
