Scanlan repeats as Cadet of the Year
Jordan Scanlan, who is attending Pacific Lutheran University on a full ROTC scholarship has the distinction of being named Cadet of the Year, two years in a row.
Scanlan, a 2010 graduate of Tafuna High School, is spending part of his summer undergoing airborne assault training at the military academy at West Point.
He is the son of very proud parents, Aliimau JR and Sue Scanlan of Malaeimi.
