Man in Samoa jailed for death of his daughter with special needs
A 50-year old father in Samoa has been jailed for three years after being found guilty of manslaughter.
The six-year old victim was his daughter with special needs.
The medical report says the victim had suffered serious injuries to her body as a result of an assault.
The man told the police that his daughter fell from a chair while he was outside getting the laundry because of the rain.
