Lloyd Alaimalo promoted to U.S. Army Captain
Families and friends gathered on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 to honor Cpt. Lloyd M. Alaimalo during his promotion from 1LT at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. Cpt. Alaimalo is currently serving as a Support Operations Plans Officer in the U.S. Army.
Among those who were present at the ceremony were Reverend Michael Seui and Faletua Faiilefa of the Kalevaria United Methodist Church (Tacoma, WA), CPT Alaimalo's mother, Galoiola, his wife, Apulu Elisapeta, sister, Miyoshi and brother, SFC Christopher Alaimalo. Also COL Leafaina Tavai Yahn, MAJ Ulu Porter, CW2 Tuato'o Sivas, SFC Petelo Mareko, and SSG Dean Liufau.
CPT Alaimalo would like to thank his family in Vatia, Futiga (Reverend Samuelu Areta and family), and Tafuna/Fagaima (HTC Aufa'i and family), for their continued love, support, and prayers, espcially his father, Lei'a Faimafili, and sister, Fuatapu.
