Tasi Pepe with his family outside the Supreme Court yesterday.
The man who accidentally shot his sister while trying to unload a 12-gauge rifle at Olo, Mulifanua last month has had his hearing adjourned.
Twenty-four year old Tasi Pepe appeared in the Supreme Court yesterday before Justice Lesatele Rapi Va’ai. He did not have a lawyer.
But the request for an adjournment was made by Prosecutor Precious Chang.
Justice Lesatele granted the application and adjourned the matter until 19 November 2012.
Meanwhile, Pepe, who faces a murder charge, remains in custody.
The charge against Pepe stemmed from an incident that occurred three days before White Sunday. He accidentally shot his 23-year-old sister, Olive, who was over at his house for a visit.
