The Afoa & Le'i billboard in Tafuna, near KS Mart, on April 29, 2012 was defaced. The Afoa and Le'i team said, “This type of behavior is neither condoned nor tolerated,” and they believe in showing respect towards all other candidates, their supporters, and their property.

DPS has asked that political billboards be left alone, and has called on the community to report to police any person or persons seen damaging or defacing campaign signs of candidates — whether they are candidates for the gubernatorial, congressional or the local House races. See story above.
