The second of  three cruise ships scheduled to visit the territory this week arrived yesterday morning. The cruise ship Costa Deliziosa, along with its 2,828 passengers and 1,100 crew members visited the territory during beautiful, sunny weather, and is the biggest ship to visit so far this year.

The ship is operated by Costa Crociere and was ordered in 2007 as part of five ship expansion of the Costa Cruises Fleet. She was constructed by Fincantieri, launched in March 2009 and handed over to Cost Crociere in January 2010. She is the flagship of Costa Crociere. She has 16 decks, 12 of which are for passenger use. Her port of registry is Genoa, Italy.
