Puleiata Ah Lam, of Vaigaga, could not believe his luck when Digicel Samoa’s Epati Tamati called him on Thursday evening to tell him he’d won $10,000.

“I was shocked I still couldn’t believe I had won anything,” he said. “It wasn’t until I actually came down here today (yesterday) that I really believed.”

Mr. Ah Lam is employed as a driver for Farmer Joe. The 32-year-old is married with two young children.

“I wanted to give my children the best this White Sunday and now that I have all this money, I will make this white Sunday one to remember.”
