The Congressional Delegation (CODEL) led by House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Rob Bishop (R-UT), arrived in Pago, Sunday — on one of the legs of a fact finding trip to the U.S. Pacific territories. The NRC has oversight over the U.S. territories. Members of the Congressional Delegation were formally welcomed with a traditional ava ceremony at the government Fale Samoa in Utulei, which included our Congresswoman Aumua Amata.
