Samoan love is all action: New church dedicated
The multi-million-tala Catholic Church at Si’usega was the scene of music, dance and an extravagant show of traditional gifts and money, yesterday.
Hundreds of friends and relatives of church members turned up with truckload of fine mats and gifts to celebrate the opening of the church building, which is to be dedicated this morning. They came from all corners of the country. Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi is the Chairman of the church.
