Samoa’s biggest catch!

The M/V Southern Destiny caught a record sized fish last Wednesday.  It was a blue marlin that weighed in at a staggering 511.5 lbs. The Samoa International Game Fishing Association announced this after the catch was weighed on a certified scale that it was the new Samoan all tackle record for Blue Marlin. Captain Chris Donato said it was a proud moment for the crew of the Southern Destiny. 

“This is the biggest fish caught in Samoa, and we are all very proud,” he said.
