Observer investigates Jack Chen and Uso Investments Ltd
A business file search at the Ministry of Commerce, Industries and Labour (MCIL) by Sunday Samoan has revealed Hong Kong business man Tupa’ilelei Jack Chen as a shareholder of Uso Investments Ltd. Registered with MCIL on September 8, 2011, Uso Investments Ltd is located on 10 Ifilele St, Vaitele Industrial Zone.
Other directors are Tupa’imanaia Phillip McNicholl, La’auli Michael Niko Jones, Anthony Joseph Moli Pereira, Anae Semisi Asiata and Apulu Lance Polu.
