Ex-SamoaTel worker convicted of 46 charges
A former employee of SamoaTel accused of 63 counts of falsifying phone accounts has been found guilty of 46 charges. The remaining 17 charges were dismissed before the District Court. Judge VaepuleVaemoaVa’ai handed down the decision, last week.
George Toilolo was convicted of falsifying mobile telephone cards over a period of 15 months. Judge Vaepule in his judgment said the incident occurred between February 2008 and May 2009.
