Theft charges against a former supervisor of Samoa Sportslotto Nora Neemia are currently being heard in the Supreme Court.
Ms. Neemia faces 50 charges of theft and has pleaded not guilty to the allegations against her.
The hearing, which commenced on Tuesday morning is being presided over by Supreme Court Justice Pierre Slicer.
The amount involved in the matter was not released when the Samoa Observer attended the matter on Wednesday despite seeking this information from the defence lawyer.
The defendant is represented by defence lawyer Tima Leavai.
